Below is a breakdown showing the savings when services are bundled. Our treatment rigs are set up to be flexible and customize the service for each customer. Any service can be bundled with any frequency to get the exact plan to fit your needs and budget. Please contact us with any questions.

 

Service Descriptions

Pest Control (Perimeter)

Safe, odorless broad spectrum insecticide applied around the outside perimeter of your house & garage, window wells, doors, and utility openings. Formulated to create a barrier to keep insect and spiders outside. Each application will last about 4 weeks. For best control we recommend applications April through October.

Weed Control

• Landscape: This service will take care of the weeds and problem grasses in your landscape beds, tree rings, and mulched areas utilizing granular & liquid products as applicable.
• Hardscape: This service will apply weed control to cracks and seams in your sidewalk, driveway, patio, rock path/drives or any bare ground area where non-selective weed control is needed.

Liquid Edging

Spray application where turf and landscaping meet to maintain a clean line and reduce the need for mechanical edging, or string trimming. This service works great around mulched tree rings and natural edge landscape beds to keep mulch or rock from mixing with the turf.

Mosquito/Tick Control

Safe, odorless spray application to turf and landscaped areas or as a perimeter spray to wooded areas and safe to people and pets once dry. While we won't likely eliminate every possible insect, we do expect about 90% reduction and have experienced great results. This can even be effective as a one time application prior to parties or events. For best control we recommend 3-4 applications per season.

Flea & Chigger Control

Low toxicity, odorless spray application to turf and landscaped areas to reduce populations. In addition to the fleas, chiggers can be a real nuisance for pets and people. Applications in spring and early summer can really increase the enjoyment of your yard.

Shrub Care

Regular pruning, shearing, containment trimming, or restoration pruning to promote shrub health and maintain size, shape and appearance. These services are generally bundled with the spring/fall cleanups for best value.

Perennial Care

Spring and fall cutbacks of herbaceous perennials and ornamental grasses as dictated by bloom/growth cycles to ensure proper winter preparation and maximize plant health and appearance.

Spring/Fall Cleanup

This service can be customized to your specifications and may include: Clean- up of leaf and landscape debris in yard and landscaped areas, prune/shear/shape shrubs as dictated by species, cutback ornamental grass and perennials, mulch turning or replacement, tree pruning, weed control, and fertilization services.

Fertilization

Liquid product applied directly to foliage, stem, trunk, and/or root flare. The formula is moved through the outer cambium, and distributed through the plant via the vascular system. This is a cost effective way to make nutrients readily available to the plant in a cost efficient way.

Insect & Disease (Plant)

Preventative insect and/or disease applications to provide broad spectrum management of multiple stressors in a cost efficient way. Care is taken to avoid blooms so as not to affect pollinators, and beware of beneficial insects that may be harmed by irresponsible application.
